As part of Brampton’s Inspire programme, WE came in to run a workshop this week. WE is a movement that believes when we come together we can create an even better world . It brings people together and gives them the tools to change the world – as a family, school, company or as an individual. “Making doing good, doable”!
This workshop was attended by a range of A level and GCSE students – many from Brampton’s Charity Committee and student council. The workshop explored a range of issues, including knife crime, homelessness and sexism and helped arm students with ideas and tools to tackle them and ways to get involved with their local community.
Students from the Charity Committee found the workshop particularly useful for helping decide the College’s charity of the year. Watch this space for more news on this front!
