Once again students at Brampton have achieved some excellent A level results with 82% of entries achieving A*-B grades. The vast majority of our students have obtained entry to their first choice university, currently 89 students from a possible 110. 65% of our students have achieved grades ABB or above.

Bernard Canetti, Principal, is thrilled with Max’s results. ‘To have A*A*A*A*AA is exceptionally impressive, including 600/600, a remarkable full marks in Mathematics A level which will give him an award for one of the best marks in the country.

Well done to Max and all our other students who have been successful in their A levels and are moving on to their choice of university’.

Max Bull

Coming to Brampton College has been the best decision of my academic career so far. After spending 4 years at at my previous school – a school where the teachers’ efforts were focused on a small minority of students considered the most ‘able’, leaving the rest behind – moving to Brampton opened my eyes to whole other world of learning.
The teachers at Brampton strive to make the lessons more engaging for all, and are more than happy to continue the discussion after class. Homeworks are marked promptly and detailed feedback is always given. Most importantly, both the staff and the students motivate you to achieve your very best.
I feel privileged to have studied for two years at Brampton College, and would highly recommend enrolment to anyone looking for academic success!
Max Bull achieved A*A*A*A*AA in Mathematics, Physics, Further Mathematics, Further Mathematics (Additional) Psychology and Economics along with an A* in the Extended Project Qualification. He has a place to study Mathematics and Economics at LSE.

Max’s father added “22nd August 2013, Thursday morning, dull and raining. At Brampton College, one week after the results were released with Max who on the outside is more nervous than I have ever seen him.
Finally he opens his results; from his facial expressions I can’t tell if he is pleased or disappointed. Then that cheeky smirk; he’s done well. Results in hand I cannot believe what is in front of my eyes. Considering the history of Max’s education, I could never imagined Max achieving the type of results he has. This is a compliment to Brampton College Hendon where Max’s ability matched with the teaching skills has let Max fulfil his true potential. Thank you, Brampton College. My son, Max, found a place where he could work in a manner that possibly would not have been available in other colleges.
A big thank you to all the staff and teachers who have guided Max and given him the opportunity to shine. I’m sure I speak for everyone, we are all incredibly proud of Max’s wonderful achievement.”

Fleur Holve

After a very disappointing AS year in my previous school, I was worried I would never be able to study English Literature at university. Moving to Brampton is easily the best decision I have ever made. Brampton has brought back my confidence and has pushed me in my ability to succeed.

Fleur Holve, achieved A*A*A in English Literature, Art and Classical Civilisation and has accepted a place to study English Literature at The University of York.

Daniel O’Donnell

I achieved grades that I thought would have been impossible to fathom 12 months ago but here I am, looking at a sheet thinking, wow, I earned this. Brampton was essential and without the support and skill of the teaching they provided, I would be looking at a less enviable and somewhat tragic results sheet. I’ve succeeded in so many ways and I have Brampton to thank for that.

Daniel O’Donnell joined us for a one year A level course and achieved AAA in History, Economics and Government & Politics and is currently taking a gap year.
