A bumper number of UCAS applications (150) have met the 2018 January deadline which has surpassed Brampton numbers from the last five years. Brampton students have applied for a wide variety of courses, ranging from Geology to Chinese Studies, as well as popular subjects including Economics, Law, Chemistry, Psychology and History.

There has also been an increase in the number of early applicants here at Brampton. Students are busy having interviews but we already have students holding offers for Veterinary Science and Medicine, and our Dentistry students will hear back from their interviews soon. One of our students has also been successful in securing a place to study PPE at the University of Oxford. We continue to support our final year students with practice interviews, like MMI sessions.

We are also starting the UCAS process with our first year A level students, with a talk from the University of Birmingham and 1:1 student interviews with our Higher Education adviser. In eight months, they will be our UCAS superstar applicants.
