Stress-busting pups at Brampton!

Posted: 8th May 2019

Students at Brampton are enjoying cuddles with the Principal’s dogs today! Animals have long been known to have a therapeutic effect on humans. In fact, it has been scientifically proven that spending time with dogs can have beneficial impacts on our blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety.

It goes without saying that exam season is a very stressful time for students and with that in mind we organised the event to help combat anxiety in the run up to exams. This is one initiative amongst many at Brampton which helps promote student wellbeing.
