Chris Le Bas

Chris has drawn on his Physics degree at Edinburgh University, where he was taught by the great Professor Peter Higgs, to teach Physics at secondary schools since 2001.  He built up an inventors’ lunchtime activity base at his last school called the Heath Robinson Club, where various mad contraptions were developed. Such creative ventures continue to inspire him.  Chris also enjoys classical music and plays the french horn in the Harrow Symphony Orchestra.  Before entering the teaching profession, he spent several years in Russia, working with a missionary organisation across all the countries of the former Soviet Union. He is happy to be able to draw on his wide range of experiences to bring life and interest to students of Physics at the college.
Join us at our OPEN EVENING on 18th June, 6-7.30pm.

The evening will consist of a talk from the Principal, a tour of the College and the opportunity to meet subject teachers. For students interested in an A level or GCSE course in September 2025 or September 2026.
