At Brampton College, we understand that one set of results does not define a student, their ability, or their future. Every year, we work with ambitious young people who arrive feeling disappointed, frustrated and unsure of their options. We currently have limited places available on selected two-year A level courses, our specialist one-year A level Retake course, and our one-year GCSE course.
A Proven Track Record of Academic Transformation
This summer, we celebrated the success of numerous students who chose not to accept disappointment as the final chapter of their educational journey.
One such student was Sanay (pictured below), who joined Brampton after achieving BBB in his A levels. Through focused teaching, personalised support and hard work, he improved his grades to AAA, securing a place at Queen Mary University of London to study Biomedical Sciences.
Similarly, Dariush (pictured below) arrived at Brampton disappointed with grades of BCD. One year later, he achieved an outstanding set of results: A*AB, earning a place at King’s College London to study Economics and Management.

For many aspiring doctors, missing a medical school offer can feel especially devastating. Yet some of our most remarkable success stories began with exactly that disappointment.
Students who originally fell short of the grades required for Medicine have used a year at Brampton College to completely transform their prospects.
Harry came to Brampton after receiving BCC in his A levels, missing out on his ambition to study Medicine. After completing our one-year A level Retake course, he achieved AAA and secured a coveted place at Aston University Medical School.
Stories like Harry’s demonstrate that a setback today does not have to determine where you are in a year’s time.
