Immanuel College Event – Monday 20th April, 5.30-6.30pm

Dear Parents and Students,

Brampton College Open Evening – Monday 20th April, 5.30-6.30pm

We appreciate how upsetting the sudden announcement of the closure of Immanuel College at the end of
this term must have been for you. Many of you will be considering options for your children’s ongoing
education and we would be pleased to explain how Brampton College may be able to help.

Brampton is London’s leading independent sixth form, with a long history of outstanding results at GCSE
and A level. As well as the traditional two year A level course, we also offer an intensive one year GCSE
programme. Unlike other schools and colleges, we are highly experienced in supporting students who
transfer to us from other schools to complete their education either at the end of Year 10 or Year 12, and in
some cases part-way through the academic year. Students at Brampton benefit from highly experienced
specialist teachers and enjoy an unrivalled level of individual support and care, as well as a level of
flexibility that allows us to tailor programmes and support around the needs and interests of each
individual student. The majority leave with places at their first choice universities, with the self-confidence
to progress to meaningful careers.

We hope you will choose to consider Brampton, and would be delighted to see you at a special event for
Immanuel families this Monday 20th April from 5.30-6.30pm. You will learn more about the college and
what we have to offer and have the opportunity to meet some of our key staff, as well as current students
who transferred to us from Immanuel and Brampton parents, and ask any questions you might have.
Students are invited to attend this event as well as parents.

In the meantime, you can visit our website and view our outstanding 2025 ISI inspection report here.

Above all, we recognise that this is a difficult and uncertain time for you and your child. Our team would be
very happy to offer reassurance, guidance and support, and to help make the process of considering next
steps as calm and straightforward as possible. We very much hope to meet you next Monday, but ahead of
that, please feel welcome to get in touch with Pam Glenville, our Admissions Secretary, on 0208 203 5025
or pam@bramptoncollege.com
With warm regards,
