Brampton was proud to host its first ever off-site art and photography exhibition last week, at 5th Base Gallery, Brick Lane. The Art and Photography Interim Show kicked off with a private view event on Thursday evening, and was open to the public on Friday and Saturday. We were especially excited for the exhibition to be held within the context of the thriving contemporary art scene of East London.
The exhibition celebrated Brampton’s successful Art and Photography department, showcasing the personal projects that each A2 student has been developing since September 2017. Students worked as a curatorial team and led the installation process, considering the layout of their work in the space.
The Interim Show also had some local press coverage! News of our exhibition made it into the Barnet Borough Times and the Brent & Kilburn Times.
Congratulations to all our Art and Photography A2 students.
