Yesterday, students from our Medical Forum were invited to University College Hospital, London to visit the Urgent Care Ward and to see the back of an ambulance!
The Medical Forum is part of our extensive Medical Programme and are run weekly. Students interested in applying for Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Science can attend medical events, participate in discussions on current issues affecting Medical, Dentistry and Veterinary professions and discuss the kinds of questions asked at interviews. During these sessions, the forum explore the principles of medical ethics and looks at new scientific research. For part of the year it concentrates on medical interviews to ensure all our students are fully prepared, exploring the varying styles from the more traditional interview to the variations in multi mini interviews.
