Outstanding A Level Results

Independent College Results Day

Once again Brampton has achieved excellent A level results, with 56.0% of entries achieving an A or A* and 84.6% obtaining A*-B grades. The vast majority of our students have obtained entry to the universities of their choice, mostly Russell Group universities. A total of 37 students obtained at least AAA grades and a further 33 obtained at least AAB, meaning over half the students achieved at least AAB grades and over 70% ABB.

Congratulations to Qianxu Jiang who achieved A*A*A*A* in Further Mathematics, Mathematics, Physics and Economics. He has obtained a place to read Mathematics at Imperial College, London. Benji Rosen achieved A*A*A*A in Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and German, after a one year course, winning a place to read Medicine at University College London.

An additional 25 students achieved ABB grades

We are delighted with the students’ A level exam performance and offer our congratulations to them all on a splendid achievement: it is a tribute to their hard work and dedication, and that of their teachers. The results mean that in the vast majority of cases, our students will go on to the university of their choice. Brampton has upheld once again its tradition of outstanding examination results.
